Renee Renelle is a brand of rebirth—merging family, organization, and health into a fresh take on the uniform. Our debut collection draws from military silhouettes and African spirituality, illuminating the invisible battles Black and Brown families face through vices and addiction. Grounded in empathy and resilience, Renee Renelle redefines the uniform for active individuals—those navigating work, study, movement, and motherhood—embracing life’s complexities without judgment.

This first offering is directly inspired by Capoeira, the Afro-Brazilian fighting style disguised as dance—a form of resistance developed to protect enslaved people from the gaze of oppressors. Like Capoeira, the collection balances fluidity and strength, rhythm and readiness. Each garment honors the grace required to survive, and the discipline needed to heal.

Our signature piece is the AC Pant—a wider silhouette pant designed for all seasons and stages of life. Its versatility allows it to be dressed up or down, with special attention to range of motion and flexibility. The AC Pant represents how we dress as armor: to protect ourselves from the elements, from opinions, from judgment. It’s made for those who move—those who work, learn, explore, or expand.

We asked: how do you design a staple piece that doesn’t require sacrifice? One that accommodates shifting bodies, growing bellies, fluctuating weight, or simply the demands of busy lives? A grab-and-go item built with intention, structure, and softness—luxurious enough to last generations.

Named after Aunt Chiffon, the pant is a tribute to Leroy’s aunt—a woman known for her versatility and warmth, but also her fire when loved ones are crossed. Chiffon, also a fabric—lightweight, flowing, blended—felt like destiny. A soft strength. A daily essential born from memory, movement, and meaning.
